BACKGROUND:
On April 22, 2024, State of Minnesota awarded Sourcewell Contract No. 011824-LNC MSA Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) with Related Equipment to L.N. Curtis & Sons (NBE). This approval provides for the purchase and maintenance of MSA SCBA equipment, parts, and services.
The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
• The term of the Contract being utilized is from April 22, 2024 through March 29, 2028 and includes the option to renew for 3, one-year periods.
• Clark County is not under exclusive contract with L.N. Curtis & Sons and therefore, can cease purchasing product / services at any time.
This approval is in accordance with NRS 332.195.1, a governing body or its authorized representative may enter into a contract pursuant to a solicitation by (b) the State of Nevada or another state with the authorization of the contracting vendor.
L.N. Curtis & Sons currently holds a Clark County Business License.
