BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Department of Aviation has an existing Concession Agreement (Agreement) with Whittlesea-Bell dba Bell Trans (Company), who provides shuttle and limousine services for passengers at Harry Reid International Airport. The Company entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Bell Chauffeured Services, Inc. on December 31, 2024.

The important provisions of this Agreement are as follows:
     - Agreement was placed on a Month-to-Month Holdover on February 1, 2025
     - Nevada Transportation Authority Compliance Order approved on December 27, 2024
    
This Assignment and Assumption of Concession Agreement has been approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office. Bell Chauffeured Services, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
