BACKGROUND: 

Clark County (County) and The Waterpark, LLC entered into an Easement Agreement and Restrictive Covenant dated March 3, 2015, which is recorded as Instrument Number 20150304-0000618 on Assessor Parcel Numbers 176-06-701-010 and 176-06-701-011 known as Faiss Park and Cowabunga Canyon Waterpark Summerlin.  This First Amendment to Easement Agreement and Restrictive Covenant between the County and Vegas WP West, LLC as successor to The Waterpark, LLC is to further define and clarify the shared use of the parking lots, entry, entry plaza, and signage portions of the community park and water park.
