DESIGN REVIEWS for the following: 1) temporary gravel pit on a 6.0 acre portion of 25.0 acres in an R-E (Rural Estates Residential) Zone (no longer needed); 2) allow modified driveway standards (no longer needed); 3) reduce street dedication width; 4) preliminary grading plan in conjunction with a hillside development (slopes greater than 12%); 5) finished grade; and 6) a single-family residential development on 5.0 acres in an R-2 (Medium Density Residential) Zone.
