BACKGROUND: 

On October 15, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners directed staff to review the Clark County Code in relation to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway to increase parity regarding fees with other similar liquor licenses.

This proposed ordinance was introduced on April 15, 2025, and a public hearing was scheduled for May 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Staff recommends approval of the ordinance to amend Title 8 Chapter 8.20 by amending Sections 8.20.479 and 8.20.020.215.
