BACKGROUND: 

The property owners have voluntarily conveyed grants of permanent easements to Clark County for pedestrian access across private driveways to be constructed as part of the Vegas Valley Drive Roadway Improvements between Lamb Boulevard and Las Vegas Wash project (No. PW.R057EFT). The easements have been granted on the following parcels:
