BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607370-24, for Rainbow Boulevard - Blue Diamond Road to CC215 Beltway was advertised on February 6, 2025 and opened on March 27, 2025. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for furnishing all labor, materials, transportation and services for the construction of “Rainbow Boulevard - Blue Diamond Road to CC 215 Beltway” and “Cougar Ave and Wigwam Ave - Rosanna Street to Rainbow Blvd.”. The improvements generally consist of hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement and/or rehabilitation of existing asphalt pavement, ADA upgrades, traffic signal modifications, upgrade lighting to LED, FAST ITS improvements, traffic control devices, pavement markings, median island installation/modifications, new storm drain and storm drain drop inlets, relocation of school flasher, vertical relocation of surface utilities, relocation of required utilities and other miscellaneous improvements along the proposed project limits.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 285 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Holcim - SWR, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
