BACKGROUND: 

This Professional Services Contract (Contract) allows for professional services for planning and design projects. This Amendment removes the annual contract expenditure limit to allow for faster study completion.

The Amendment is for five years with two one-year renewal options. Per NRS 332.115(1)(b), a discretionary award is permissible because the Contract is for professional services, which are exempt from competitive bidding requirements. 

This Amendment has been reviewed and approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office. Company currently holds a Clark County Business License.
