BACKGROUND: 

Commercial Center sits at 953 East Sahara Ave just west of Maryland Pkwy.  The 40 +/- acre shopping center is roughly 60 years old with many buildings and fixtures needing to be upgraded.  Currently, there are attempts to reenergize Commercial Center with new businesses, but aging aesthetics are creating barriers for new investment. 

This new grant program will reimburse property owners and/or tenants up to $50,000 per applicant to improve, enhance and upgrade real property and fixtures.
