BACKGROUND: 

On May 19, 2020, Clark County (County) renewed its lease with Bell Atlantic Systems LLC (Verizon) for a wireless communication tower on ±1,200 square feet of land on a portion of Sunset Park (Lease).

In December 2024, the District Attorney's office reached a settlement with Verizon regarding certain terms of the Lease. As part of that Settlement, the County is required to enter into this First Amendment to Site Lease Agreement
which will clarify the late fee rate and procedures.
