BACKGROUND:

On February 28, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 606903-23 for Electronic Monitoring Services to Corrisoft, LLC (LBE) in the amount not to exceed $5,000,000 for AIR Mobile Smartphones to electronically monitor defendants.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:

The term of the Contract was from date of award through June 30, 2024, and included the option to renew                      for 4, one-year periods.  There are 3 renewal options remaining.
Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract                      with advanced written notice.

A revised Fiscal Directive No. 6, Competitive Bidding Exception, was approved because a separate department was added to the existing contract. By using the same vendor, County receives lower rates, as vendor's pricing is tiered and based on County as a whole and not per department.

Approved Amendment No. 1 provided an updated pricing list.

Approval of Amendment No. 2 will provide for an updated pricing list, as well as additional services for the added department. The attached Amendment No. 2 document details the modifications involved.

Corrisoft, LLC currently holds a Clark County Vendor Registration.
