The total Contract award is estimated in the amount of $17,500,000 should all renewal options be exercised. 

 

BACKGROUND: 

On October 1, 2024, Sourcewell awarded RFP #0709-SCC Office Supply and Workplace Catalog Solutions to Staples Contract and Commercial LLC (LBE). This approval provides for office supplies Countywide.

The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
•                     The term of the Contract being utilized is from February 3, 2025 through February 2, 2029 and includes                      the option to renew for 3, one-year periods.
•                     Clark County is not under exclusive contract with Staples Contract and Commercial LLC and therefore,                      can cease purchasing product at any time.

This approval is in accordance with NRS 332.195.1, a governing body or its authorized representative may enter into a contract pursuant to a solicitation by the State of Nevada or another state with the authorization of the contracting vendor.

Staples Contract and Commercial LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
