BACKGROUND:
This Agreement provides compensation from the State of Nevada for residential living care for boys who have been adjudicated delinquent and committed by the Juvenile Division of the District Court to Spring Mountain Youth Camp, as space is available. The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:• The term of the Agreement is from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027.• Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30 day written notice to the other party.The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
