BACKGROUND:
On August 26, 2024, Request for Qualification (RFQ) No. 607056-24 was advertised on the Clark County Purchasing website and in the Las Vegas Review Journal. Submittals were requested for Hardware and Software Services.
Submittals were received from the following firms: See Submittal Summary attached.
An Ad-Hoc Committee comprised of 7 subject matter experts from the Information Technology Department and an outside expert reviewed and evaluated the submittals. After the evaluation, the AD-Hoc Committee ranked the firms in the order listed in the Submittal Summary attached.
The Ad-Hoc Committee recommends the selection of:
DynTek Services dba Arctiq
CDW Government LLC
Bluum USA, Inc.
Las Vegas IT Consulting, LLC dba RedPanda Systems
SHI International Corp
RTS Premier Solutions, LLC
Taborda Solutions, Inc.
Zee-for LLC.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contracts:
• The term of the Contracts are from date of award through March 31, 2030, and includes the option to renew for 5, one-year periods.
• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1, a discretionary award process is permissible because the County requires the services of some or all qualified providers of these services and, therefore, the contract is not by its nature, adaptable to competitive bidding. Pursuant to internal policies and procedures, Clark County solicited these services through the RFQ process.
All recommended firms are in compliance with Clark County Business License requirements.
