Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and Enrollments

BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is for Microsoft Enterprise (Microsoft) to provide software products and authorize the issuance of purchase orders through Microsoft's reseller CDW Government LLC. This agreement will also allow the issuance of purchase orders to additional authorized resellers for Microsoft software and licenses, should the reseller change, or another reseller provide "value add" services.

The term of the Agreement is through April 30, 2028, and includes the option to increase the award amount up to 20% based on increased user requirements, subject to approved budget appropriations.  

Pursuant to NRS 332.115(1)(h), this Agreement is not adapted to award by competitive solicitation as it is for software for computers.

Microsoft holds a vendor registration and CDW Government, LLC holds a Clark County business license.
