BACKGROUND:

On August 26, 2024, Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 607055-24 was advertised on Clark County Purchasing website and in the Las Vegas Review Journal. Proposals were requested for Professional Services and Implementation Services.

Proposals were received from the following firms: See Submittal Summary attached.

An Ad-Hoc Committee comprised of 7 subject matter experts from the Information Technology Department and an outside expert reviewed and evaluated the proposals. After the evaluation, the Ad-Hoc Committee ranked the firms in the order listed in the Evaluation Summary attached.

The Ad-Hoc Committee recommends the selection of:

Catalyst Consulting Group, Inc. (MBE)
CDW Government LLC (LBE)
Dyntek Services, Inc. dba Arctiq (NBE)
Las Vegas IT Consulting, LLC dba Red Panda Systems (NBE)
Link Tech, LLC dba Link Technologies (WBE)
RTS Premier Solutions, LLC (NBE)
ShireWire Global Sales and Distribution (DVET, VET)
Unisys Corporation (NBE)

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contracts:
The term of Contracts are from date of award through March 31, 2030, and includes the option to renew                      for 5, one-year periods.
Includes the County's option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with                      advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1, a discretionary award process is permissible because the County requires the services of some or all qualified providers of these services and, therefore, the contract is not, by its nature, adaptable to competitive bidding. Pursuant to internal policies and procedures, Clark County solicited these services through RFQ/SOQ process.

All recommended firms are in compliance with Clark County Business License requirements.
