BACKGROUND: 

A 55-foot-wide public drainage easement through Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 176-22-301-008 is necessary for construction and maintenance of the Blue Diamond Railroad Channel.

Lin Family Trust, ("Grantor"), retains the right to walk, drive and traverse the easement for its own purpose so long as such use is consistent with and does not interfere with the drainage easement.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the easement as to form.
