BACKGROUND: 

On May 20, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners directed staff to review Clark County Code Section 8.20.020.150 in relation to the Individual Access license.

This proposed ordinance was introduced on June 17, 2025, and a public hearing was scheduled for July 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Staff recommends approval of the ordinance to amend Title 8 Chapter 8.20 by amending Sections Section 8.20.020.150.
