2024 Home Investment Partnerships Program Grant Agreement

The total Agreement award to be disbursed to County is estimated in the amount of $694,110.

 

BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is for State of Nevada Housing Division to provide HOME Program Funds to Clark County, the lead agent of the Clark County HOME Consortium, to assist with qualified projects under HOME program rules, statutes, and regulations for the production of multi-family rental properties through acquisition, new construction, and rehabilitation in order to provide affordable housing assistance to qualified clients.
                     
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
•                     The term of the Agreement is from date of award through June 30, 2028.
•                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement                      with advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
