BACKGROUND: 

Pursuant to the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act, staff has revised the County's affordable housing reservation list.

The attached list includes 38 sites, totaling approximately 454 acres of land. Accompanying is a list of previously reserved land which is being relinquished, totaling approximately 45 acres of land.

If approved, the Director of the Department of Comprehensive Planning will submit the list to the BLM Southern Nevada District Office.
