BACKGROUND: 

Since January 17, 2023, the Board has approved the membership agreement with the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL). On January 16, 2024, the Board approved the annual membership along with the acceptance of the membership scholarship offered by CTCL. Participation in CTCL's U.S. Alliance for Election Excellence has allowed the Clark County Election Department to improve efficiencies through collaboration with other Election Officials. It has also allowed for an understanding of legislative impact.

The Election Department requests the Board approve the same membership for 2025 and accept the scholarship offered by CTCL to provide a Premium Membership for the Election Department.
