BACKGROUND:
The scope of work for this project entails crack sealing of asphalt shoulders for both “1/19” runways located at Harry Reid International Airport, spot removal and replacement of defective asphalt pavement, application of seal coat on the runway shoulders, concrete pavement spall repair, compression joint seal replacement on concrete pavement, and other miscellaneous repairs.
