BACKGROUND: 

The Finance Department aggregates and reviews departmental requests for consideration by the Board at various times during the fiscal year. It has been determined that an allocation of $2,162,000 is needed for the purchase of 6925 Donald Nelson Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89131 (RP.B05056). Funds are currently available from the Park Projects/Renovations District B allocation within Fund (4140.000).
