BACKGROUND:
On December 2, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of RFQ No. 606883-23 for Non-Congregate Shelter to Liberty Wellness Outpatient Counseling Center II, LLC (NBE) in the amount of $164,198,088.44 for Non-Congregate Shelter.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract was from date of award through December 31, 2027 and included the option to renew for 2, one-year periods and included a 3-month extension. There are 2 renewal options remaining.
• Included the option to increase the award amount up to 5% for possible price increases for renewal terms.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
Approval of Amendment No. 1 will provide for updated physical locations and populations served at individual Liberty Wellness locations. The attached Amendment No. 1 document details the modifications and costs involved.
Liberty Wellness Outpatient Counseling Center II, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
