BACKGROUND: 

On December 1, 2015, Clark County (County) entered into an Interlocal Space Lease Agreement, along with the First Amendment effective April 6, 2021, with City of Henderson for an office space within Henderson City Hall located at 240 Water Street, Henderson, Nevada for the County Assessors, Recorder, and Clerk's satellite office (Agreement).  The Agreement will expire on December 1, 2025.

This Second Amendment shall renew the Agreement for the second (2nd) five (5) year Extension Term to be effective beginning December 2, 2025, and expiring on December 1, 2030.
