BACKGROUND: 

The Desert Conservation Program desires to acquire a ±21.39 acre conservation easement (Easement) on Assessor's Parcel Numbers 002-26-501-009 and 002-26-501-004 owned by Cedar Development Corp (Property) located in Bunkerville. The Easement is valued at $98,861.34. The Easement is needed to protect natural resources and riparian habitat and species located on the Property, which has been designated as critical habitat by the United State Fish and Wildlife Service.
