This item is for acceptance of $15million to cover both FY26 and FY27. As a component to this item, 10% of the allocation from the state permitted for administrative expenses will be used to fund four existing Las Vegas Justice Court limited permanent positions, which are are essential to sustaining eviction diversion operations. To date they have been funded by a national grant from the National Center for State Courts, which is now concluding.
