Rob Warhola, Deputy District Attorney, stated that federal law prohibits us from considering the environmental effects of radio transmission emissions as they are regulated by federal law. We consider only zoning and land use to avoid tainting our decision. Ms. DeFazio advised Mr. Warhola to review the cited lawsuit in its entirety as it is an issue being addressed.
