The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:

The term of the Contract was from date of award through October 31, 2023, and included the option to                      renew for 3, one-year periods. There are no renewal options remaining.
Included the option to increase the award amount up to 25% based on possible increased user                      requirements for the renewal terms and approved budget appropriations.
Included the County’s option to terminate for cause or default and suspend the Contract with advanced                      written notice.

Amendment No. 1 provided a revised payment structure changing it from deliverable payments to progress payments executed via I.T. Delegation, labeled Change Order No. 2. Change Order No. 1 was executed outside of Purchasing, updating the record ID configuration requirements in the scope.

Approval of Amendment No. 2 will extend the contract term by 13 months and add Change Order No. 3, attached hereto. The attached Amendment No. 2 document details the modifications and costs involved.
