BACKGROUND: 

On June 2, 2026, the City of Henderson (COH) approved a Resolution of Intent to Sell to Clark County for one dollar ($1) ±0.27 acres of vacant land on the corner of Colt Drive and Sausalito Drive, Henderson, NV Assessor's Parcel Number 179-28-602-007 (Land).  On July 21, 2026, COH approved the sale of the Land to Clark County pursuant to NRS 268.061(1)(e)(2).

The Land to be purchased by the County is for less than fair market value due to a public use deed restriction.  The Land is adjacent and contiguous to existing County parcels and shall be used for improved access to the County Museum site.
