BACKGROUND:
On September 18, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners approved the award of Bid No. 18-604796 to Kone Inc. (Company) in the amount of $2,868,000.00 for maintenance services for elevators, escalators, and moving walkways throughout the Clark County Airport System. Company has the experience and specialized expertise in this type of maintenance, and Company has agreed to maintain their pricing at the original bid amount despite market volatility and significant inflation.
This amendment will add three (3) additional one-year renewal options. The cost of each renewal option, if exercised, shall not exceed $2,868,000.00 annually.
This amendment has been reviewed and approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office. Company currently holds a Clark County Business License.
