BACKGROUND:
On July 5, 2023, in accordance with the NRS 332 Resolution approved by the Board of County Commissioners (Board), the Department of Finance, Purchasing and Contracts Division approved the award of CBE No. 606575-23 to RW Solutions, LLC (NBE) in the amount of $522,500 for enhancements and consulting services to convert the Comprehensive License Information Processing System (CLIPS) to the Accela Civic Platform (ACCELA).
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract was from date of award through June 30, 2024, and included the option to renew for 2, one-year periods. There are no renewal options remaining.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
Amendment No. 1 replaced the current Audit Module in the CLIPS system to assist with the transition to ACCELA.
Approval of Amendment No. 2 will provide the option to renew for an additional 3, one-year periods. The attached Amendment No. 2 document details the modifications and costs involved.
RW Solutions, LLC currently holds a Clark County Vendor Registration.
