BACKGROUND:
Bid No.606439-22, for Tee Pee Lane and Patrick Lane Neighborhood Park was advertised on December 8, 2022 and opened on January 24, 2023. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for construction of a new ten-acre park complete with two new lighted tennis courts, four lighted dog parks, lighted playground with shade shelter, water play feature, precast restroom building, four lighted group picnic shelters, four lighted single picnic shelters, benches, tables and barbecues, custom shade shelters, fencing, gabion walls, precast and limestone seat walls, turf, native and ornamental landscaping, drip and turf irrigation complete with pump station, asphalt parking lot, concrete pavements, trash and equipment enclosures, lighted monument and park signage and other improvements.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 425 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
