BACKGROUND:
Mandalay Propco LLC ("Grantor") desires to grant to Clark County a perpetual non-exclusive permanent easement (Assessor's Parcel Number 162-29-710-002), generally located on Las Vegas Boulevard between Mandalay Bay Road and Russell Road, to construct, reconstruct, repair, operate, and maintain the bollards and appurtenances related to the bollards, in each case, located upon, over, under, across and through Grantor's property.
The attached grant of easement for bollard improvements will grant a permanent maintenance easement to the County from the Grantor. The additional terms and conditions as they relate to both the County and the Grantor are described in the grant of easement.
The District Attorney's Office has approved the grant of easement as to form.
