BACKGROUND:
On December 19, 2017, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of RFQ No. 604520-17 to Amela Consulting LLC (MBE/WBE/SBE), APR Consulting, Inc. (MBE/WBE), Aspire HR, Inc. (WBE), AVIOR LLC (LBE), ECENTA America Inc. (LBE), Enterprise Outcomes, Inc. (SBE), EPI-USE America Inc. (LBE), Millennium Franchise Group, LLC d.b.a. Hacking Solutions (SBE), IT Resonance Inc. (MBE), Link Tech, LLC d.b.a Link Technologies (MBE/WBE/SBE), Labyrinth Solutions Inc. d.b.a. LSI Consulting (LBE), Natsoft Corporation Inc. (MBE), OpenMind Consulting Inc (LBE), Optima Consulting, LLC d.b.a. Optima ECM Consulting, Phoenix Business Inc. d.b.a. Phoenix Business Consulting (LBE), SolTech Apps Inc. (LBE), Sterling Software, Inc. (MBE/SBE), The Spearhead Group Inc. (MBE/WBE) and Universal System Technologies, Inc. (LBE) based upon the department’s approved budget, as funds are allocated.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract was from date of award through June 30, 2018 and included the option to renew for 4, one-year periods. There are no renewal options remaining.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
Approval of Amendment No. 1 will extend the contract for up to an additional 12 months, on a month to month basis until a new RFQ has been awarded. The attached Amendment No. 1 document details the modifications involved.
Amela Consulting LLC, APR Consulting Inc., Aspire HR, Inc., Avior LLC, Enterprise Outcomes, Inc., EPI-USE America Inc., Link Tech LLC d.b.a. Link Technologies, Phoenix Business Inc. d.b.a. Phoenix Business Consulting and Sterling Software, Inc., currently hold a Clark County Business License. ECENTA America Inc., Millennium Franchise Group, LLC d.b.a. Hacking Solutions, IT Resonance Inc., Labyrinth Solutions Inc. d.b.a. LSI Consulting, Natsoft Corporation Inc., OpenMind Consulting Inc, Optima Consulting, LLC d.b.a Optima ECM Consulting, SolTech Apps Inc., The Spearhead Group Inc. and Universal System Technologies, Inc. currently hold Vendor Registration.
