BACKGROUND:
On June 2, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for design of roadway improvements for the Hollywood Boulevard between Lake Mead Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue project.
The Board previously approved one supplemental to the professional engineering services contract increasing total funds for additional storm drain analysis and design, and redesign of roadway sections and extending the contract term.
The attached Supplemental No. 2 to the professional services contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. increases total funds for revisions to the roadway configuration between Merced Lake Drive and Cheyenne Avenue, based on updated direction provided by the County, and corresponding updates to the contract documents. This supplemental also extends the time of performance to January 30, 2025, unless further time extensions are granted.
Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
