BACKGROUND:
The Finance Department aggregates and reviews departmental requests for consideration by the Board at various times during the fiscal year. It has been determined that an allocation of $725,000 is needed for the DA Server Infrastructure Replacement project (IT26DASERINF). Funds are currently available from the DA Case Management project (IT23DACM) within the IT Capital Project Fund (4380).
