BACKGROUND: 

The Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) has provided funding for the State Route 163 at Casino Drive project (Public Works No. PW. FLAU04A). On October 9, 2008, the County and RFCD entered into an interlocal contract for the subject project.

Supplemental No. 8 to the interlocal contract extends the contract term of the contract for the project from June 30, 2026 to February 28, 2027, to provide construction support for the contract closeout. The current total contract value for the subject project is $898,500.

RFCD approved the eighth supplemental contract at its meeting on June 11, 2026.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the eighth supplemental contract as to form.
