BACKGROUND: 

Assembly Bill 363 was passed during the 81st Session of the Nevada Legislature and requires Clark County to regulate short-term rentals. Staff is prepared to discuss the results of the Clark County Short-Term Rental Survey, requirements of AB363 and provide recommendations.
