BACKGROUND:
On June 16, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners adopted an interlocal agreement with the City of Boulder City for FY2019/2020 and by the Subrecipient on May 26, 2020. Subrecipient was allocated CDBG funds in the amount of $230,997 which was programmed for Capital projects and Public Services.
On February 16, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners adopted an interlocal agreement with the City of Boulder City for FY2020/2021 and by the Subrecipient on November 10, 2020. Subrecipient was allocated CDBG funds in the amount of $241,318 which was programmed for Capital projects and Public Services.
As a subrecipient, the City of Boulder City is entitled to a portion of the County's CDBG entitlement allocation for the provision of public service and capital projects of benefit to the low and moderate income residents of Boulder City. This contract specifies how the City of Boulder City has determined it will allocate its County FY2022, Federal FY 2021 capital and public service projects.
