BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) has an existing Amended and Restated Lease Agreement (Agreement) with Eagle Aviation Resources, LTD., dba Atlantic Aviation - Las Vegas (Company), to operate as a Fixed Based Operator on the West Side airfield of McCarran International Airport.

Updated land surveys of this leasehold show the premises increased approximately 27,910 square feet from 1,773,915 square feet to 1,801,825 square feet. This First Amendment (Amendment) to the Agreement modifies the premises and rents and fees payable to DOA to reflect the updated survey.

This Amendment has been reviewed and approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office.
