BACKGROUND: 

On November 2, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners approved an interlocal agreement in support of the Nevada Task Force 1 (NVTF-1) use of the Cashman Center premises with an expiration date of March 31, 2022.

Clark County Fire Department is requesting to extend the use of Cashman Center until the end of the calendar year.  The monthly rent will remain $5,000 per month except during the summer months of June, July, and August which will be $10,000 per month due to additional power consumption.

The amendment to the interlocal agreement will commence when the last governing body approves and signs the agreement and continues until December 31, 2022, unless terminated sooner.

Clark County District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the attached agreement.
