BACKGROUND: 

As part of a residential subdivision development project, Storybook Homes (Storybook) has requested Clark County (County) to dedicate ±365 square feet of a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 163-34-501-016 for the purposes of completing a standard elbow street improvement on the southwest corner of  Quail Avenue & Rosanna Street. Public Works and Comprehensive Planning has reviewed these plans and are in support.

Storybook has also requested permission to grade adjacent to the proposed dedication.
